Class Description

Have fun in a creative, no-pressure environment learning to use a potter’s wheel or honing in on the skills you already have. Students will learn and perfect their wheel skills, making functional and decorative pottery such as cylinders, cups and bowls using the methods of centering, pulling, shaping and trimming. Further skills will be taught to more intermediate/advanced students such as handle-making, throwing larger forms, creating lidded vessels and more.

Skill Level: Beginner & up / Ages: High School & up
