POTTERY CLASSES

Spring 2025: Session 3

April 28th - June 23rd

Ages HS & up

Beginner & Up

Students will focus on using a pottery wheel to make functional and decorative wares such as cylinders, cups and bowls. Beginner-friendly. Experienced welcome. Ages HS & up.

Intermediate & Up

Students who are comfortable with the basics of the wheel such as centering, pulling, shaping and trimming will learn to hone in on these skills and take their pottery-making journey to the next level. Beginner experience necessary. Ages HS & up.

FUNDAMENTALS OF CLAY (HAND-BUILDING)

Beginner & Up

Students will explore the fundamentals of hand-building with clay by creating project-focused pieces. Techniques such as slab, pinch & coil will be used to create functional & decorative wares. Beginner-friendly. Experienced welcome. Ages HS & up.

Tues 6-8pm

For those wanting to focus on hand-building only in a wheel class, please contact the studio to register for a “hand-building only” spot, as wheel registrations are reserved for “wheel only” students.
