Class Description

This Intermediate & Up class is for students who are comfortable with the basics of the wheel: centering, pulling, shaping and trimming and are now ready to hone in on these skills and take their pottery-making journey to the next level. Learn to throw taller and thinner, make more intricate pots such as pitchers and lidded forms and learn techniques to throw with larger amounts of clay. Students have the freedom to explore other creative ideas such as carving, sgraffito, decorating with slip, and more.

Skill Level: Intermediate (beginner wheel skills required)
